This is going to vary depending on your starting point and what you are doing outside the gym. In general, consistently training 2 to 4 days is a perfect start and will get you great results. The optimal for most people would be 3 to 4 days per week of classes plus 2 to 3 days of more aerobic-based training such as hiking, walking, running, and cycling.
Yes there are 4 showers in both the Male and Female restrooms.
No! A mistake we often hear people make is thinking they need to get fit before joining a certain gym. With our customized onboarding we will have you seeing results and feeling comfortable and confident much more quickly than trying to do it on your own. Plus you will have a lot more fun:)
Our program focuses on functional strength and conditioning so you can excel outside the gym. Sessions will include a complete warm-up, a strength-focused portion with movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, etc. then move into a circuit-type conditioning portion. Generally, we will include some work to improve mobility and flexibility as well.
We are all about sustainable, long-term health and fitness. That means instead of a restrictive diet and super intense exercise we support you in being more mindful and consistent with food choices and challenging yourself at the right level with exercise.
